I recently created a checklist that has all of the things my clients and I do to stay lean year-round.
It took me a decade of troubleshooting different fitness routines and diets to come up with a simple checklist that I have been following for over 5 years.
In order to win at life, in every domain, you must focus on the fundamentals.
Most people jump from one thing to another because fundamentals aren’t sexy.
Most people don’t have their dream body.
I’ve had multiple clients tell me that it feels like everything is on autopilot as they weigh in every week and see 1-2 lbs shred off.
