How I stay 13% body fat year round without cooking, doing dishes, or meal-prepping:
As a rock climber, I've had to learn to find a way to be lazy but also stay around 12-15% body fat.
Anything lower will kill my testosterone and I feel like shit.
Anything higher and my climbing will suffer.
My "diet" is optimized to avoid things I hate doing such as:
Meal prep
Planning
Cooking
Dishes
I eat single-ingredient foods 80% of the time, and the same thing almost every day.
For dinner, I’ll have Chipotle, frozen pizza, Chic fil a, or In n out a few times a week.
It's all about sustainability.
If you are strict all the time you won't last. I eat whatever I want for dinner effortlessly because I always save 1000+ calories for dinner.
If you're lazy or always on the go, but also want to stay lean, these "meals" are perfect for you.
Breakfast: Athletic greens + Lemon juice + coffee
